I am writing this letter because it doesn't happen enough. I have known of ECS since the latter part of the 80's but not like this. On Thursday 4/19/01 we had carpet installed for the Transoft Networks booth #6463 at the NAB 2001 show at the Sands Expo and Convention Center. After many delays we were ready a 11:15 a.m. for carpet to be installed. Your crew arrived at 11:40 a.m., even with a total of 34 wires coming up in 7 different locations and the last minute addition of carpet padding the crew was completely finished including covering the carpet with visqueen by 12:00 noon. Each man was equally qualified and the teamwork was flawless. It was a treat to see. In them, reward them, they deserve it.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for a job well-done!

Richie and the crew in Las Vegas were excellent! Our lead guy from Coastal was on-site at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5th when there was no carpet. 45 minutes later, he came back to the booth and the padding, carpet and visqueen had already been laid. Amazing! (We had to snake a few remaining electrical cords and ethernet cables, as the electricians were not done, but we were happy to see the carpet in place!) Richie was also great about returning calls and getting the carpet done on the theatre riser for us. Please pass along my thanks to him and all involved.

Thank you. too, for getting us set-up as a client, as well as for pushing this job through. I appreciate your hard work and dedication, as your friendship over the years!

This letter is long overdue ... concerning our event at Mandalay Bay, in Las Vegas, April 8-16, 2005 that we purchased carpet through you for.

We had a post show meeting here a few weeks ago. I want to let you know that our event was a huge success and our client loved the carpet and pad - with the inlays!

Your crew in Las Vegas did a superb job at servicing us and our client. Herb Besaw, our president, was on site for this event. He said that your leadman, Jesus Rodriguez, did a very good job! We even called you Las Vegas office one day, when we were taking up the poly, in a panic, because seams were coming apart. Your office had someone over to see us right away! Customer service is very big with Herb, and your crew did a great job to impress him. They were on time and worked VERY quick to get the carpet and pad installed, with the inlays, on site.

I want to take this opportunity also, to let you know that I am always hearing great things from our people on site about your crews that work with us. Your people are responsive and can usually get us what we need.

Personally, I can tell you that your crew in the Chicago office is #1! Bonnie, Pat and Becky are always there to help... even when we (me!) throw rushes out to them, they always work with us and remain calm!
